This study was conducted based on the evaluation items of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as an index. Based on the previous researches of various researchers, hypotheses were set up to survey the visitors who participated in the bamboo festival. As a result of the study, three factors of the festival service quality factors (hardware, promotion, guidance, and program) were studied through factor analysis. 본 연구는 문화체육관광부의 기초조사인 평가문항을 지표로 하여 조사 되었으며, 여러 연구학자들의 선행 연구들을 토대로 가설을 설정하여 대나무 축제에 참여한 방문객을 대상으로 현장 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 요인분석을 통해 축제서비스품질요인으로 행사장 시설(하드웨어), 홍보 및 안내, 프로그램의 3가지 요인이 추출하 여 연구되었다. 연구 결과 홍보 및 안내 .463 으로 가장 큰 영향을 가지고 있음을 확인되었다. 또한 행사프로그램은 .446로 축제의 재방문의도에 영향이 크고, 긍정적 추천에도 영향을 가지고 있다고 조사되었다. 축제 만족도가 재방 문과 추천에 미치는 영향결과 베타(β)값을 조사한 결과 재방문 .584, 추천 .651으로 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타냈 다. 그동안 세계대나무 박람회와 담양의 축제를 통해 지속되어야 할 요인들을 제시해 보고, 재방문하는 방문객 니즈 를 파악하고 담양의 관광서비스 4차 산업과 친환경산업과 융·복합연구에 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.
