[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to identify structural relation among benefits sought, perceived service quality, and behavior after Observation of golf exhibition participants. [Method] The subjects for this study were 378 surveys people who participated ‘2016 SBS Golf Exhibition’ held at Ilsan KINTEX from March 17 to 20, 2017. Survey instruments were restructured based on review of literatures to analyze. Collected data were used to analyze reliability(sig=.05), confirmatory factor analysis, correlation, and structural model by using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results were as follows. [Result] The first, the benefits sought of golf exhibition participant has influence on the behavior after Observation. The second, the benefits sought of golf exhibition participant has influence on the perceived service quality. The third, the perceived service quality of golf exhibition participant has influence on the behavior after Observation. [Conclusion] Considering that visitors with various pursuits will attend the golf fair, it is necessary to induce continuous observation through differentiation of services.

[목적] 본 연구는 골프박람회 참관객의 추구편익에 따른 인지된 서비스품질과 참관 후 행동에 대하여 구조관계를 규명하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. [방법] 연구의 대상의 표집은 일산킨텍스에서 2016년 3월 17일~20일 4일간 개최 한 ‘2016 SBS골프대전’의 참관객 378부명의 설문지가 연구에 사용되었다. 조사도구는 선행연구를 기초로 하여 본 연구에 맞게 재구성하여 사용하였으며, 자료 처리는 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 통계분석을 하였다. [결 과] 첫째, 골프박람회 참관객의 추구편익은 참관 후 행동에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 골프박람회 참관객의 추구편익 은 인지된 서비스품질에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 골프박람회 참관객의 인지된 서비스품질은 참관 후 행동에 영향을 미친다. [결론] 골프박람회는 다양한 추구편익을 가진 참관객이 참관한다는 점을 고려 할 때 서비스의 차별화를 통하여 지속적인 참관을 유도해야 한다.
