[Purpose] The game of golf returns to the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Summer Olympics. Due to the great achievement of Korean golfer, there has been increasing attempts to understand Korean golfers' athletic competency from various scholarly perspectives. [Method] In this regards, this study is designed to verify the influence of coach leadership behaviors (Chelladurai's LSS based) on golfers satisfaction utilizing the Comprehensive Meta Analysis Version 2(CMA) program. From the golf leadership related cases, a total of 95 effect size data (n = 2,368) were accepted through the selection criterion. [Result] The findings of this study are as follows. First, the I2 value of 96.978% and Q-statistic value of 2110.691 (df = 94, p = .00) clearly indicated high level of heterogeneity for further analyses. Secondly, among the coach leadership traits, Training and Instruction indicated the highest effect size (95% CIs [0.342, 0.579] ES = 0.469) followed by Social Support(95% CIs [0.319, 0.478] ES = 0.401), Democratic(95% CIs [0.283, 0.479] ES = 0.385), Positive Feedback(95% CIs [0.242, 0.451] ES = 0.351), and lastly, Autocratic (95% CIs [-0.181, 0.066] ES = -0.059). Autocratic trait theoretically grounded by the LSS showed negative effect size with golfers satisfaction.

[목적] 본 연구의 목적은 골프지도자(코치)들의 리더십 성향과 골퍼 운동 만족에 대한 국내 선행연구들의 체계적 메타분석에 있다. [방법] 데이터 선별 절차를 통해 확인된 자료의 리더십 하위 요인과 운동 만족간의 상관관계 값 을 코딩 후 적용하였으며, 메타분석 프로그램 CMA Version.2의 랜덤 효과가 통계적 분석을 위해 활용되었다. 최 종적으로, 총 95(n = 2,368)개의 상관관계 분석 결과치를 데이터로 분석하였다. [결과] 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같 이 요약된다. 첫째, I2 수치(96.978%) 및 Q-통계량[2110.691 ( df = 94, p = .00)]의 검증 결과 데이터의 이질성 수준 은 양호한 것으로 판별 되었다. 둘째, 골프 코치 리더십 하부요인 중, 훈련지시 행동(95% CIs [0.342, 0.579] ES = 0.469)이 골퍼들의 운동수행만족에 가장 높은 효과 크기를 나타냈으며, 사회 지지 행동(95% CIs [0.319, 0.478] ES = 0.401), 민주적 행동(95% CIs [0.283, 0.479] ES = 0.385), 긍정 보상행동(95% CIs [0.242, 0.451] ES = 0.351)순으로 나 타났다. 또한, 권위적 행동(95% CIs [-0.181, 0.066] ES = -0.059)에 대한 효과 크기 결과는 부정(-)의 관계로 판별되 었다.
