This research is a brief review for a non-representational art-expression education. The purpose of this research is to explore the possibility of a non-representational art-expression education and to suggest a program lesson associated with non-representational art-expression. To this end, first, this research draws attention to non-representational art-expression education by showing that traditional and modern philosophy has associated art with representation. Secondly, this research discusses expression as the production of difference to use sensation on the basis of Deleuze's essay on art. Thirdly, this research suggests basic principles about a non-representational art-expression education that makes it possible to enable students to think through the experience of sensation. Consequently, this research suggests a non-representational art-expression program lesson. This research is significant in giving additional vision to art teachers and educators who are interested in a non-representational art-expression education beyond a representational way of art-expression.

본 연구는 비(非)재현적 미술 표현 교육을 위한 소고이다. 본 연구는 비재현적 미술 표현 교육의 가능성에 대해 살펴보고 이에 부합하는 프로그램을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 이 글은 첫째, 전통ㆍ근대철학이 예술을 재현과 관련지어왔음을 보임으로써 비재현적 미술 표현 교육에로의 관심을 환기하였다. 둘째, 들뢰즈의 예술론을 바탕으로 감각을 활용하는 차이생성으로서의 표현(expression)에 대해 논하였다. 셋째, 학생들로 하여금 감각경험을 통해 사유하도록 하는 비재현적 미술 표현 교육에 대한 기본 원리를 제시하였다. 마지막으로 이에 따른 비재현적 미술 표현 교육 프로그램을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 재현을 넘어 비재현적 미술 표현 수업 방안에 대해 관심 있는 미술교사 및 교육자들에게 하나의 비전을 더하는 데 의의가 있다.
