The purpose of this study was to explore factors related to awareness of sexual harassment about the moral sensitivity and self-assertiveness of a hospital nurse. Data was collected from the nursing department of the four hospitals in the C city by using the self-report questionnaire was morally sensitive tools (K-MSQ), self-assertiveness, awareness of sexual harassment. Total mean of awareness of sexual harassment was 3.77 and concept of sexual harassment in subgroups was highest score. There is significant positive correlation (r=.29, p<.001) between moral sensitivity and awareness of sexual harrassment, also positive correlation between moral sensitivity and self-assessment (r=.16 p=.004) The influencing factors that affect to awareness of sexual harassment was moral sensitivity (β=.25, p<.001), sex (β=.21, p<.001) and understanding of procedures (β=.12, p=.031) which explained 16% (F=11.36, p<.001). The systematic sexual harassment prevention programs to lower the sexual harassment experienced by moral sensitivity level of hospital nurses is needed to increase the quality of care in the practice areas with coping skills.

오늘날 생명의료 기술과 보건의료 서비스의 발달로 야기되는 다양한 의료문제로서 윤리적인 책임의 분별과 의사결정을 해야 하는 도덕적 판단을 요구하는 상황이 늘어나고 있다. 그 중심에 성희 롱은 다양한 사건사고의 발단으로 야기되고 있다. 따라서 4개 종합병원의 간호사 307명을 대상으로 직 장 내에서 경험하는 성희롱 인식에 미치는 영향요인을 알아보고자 하였다. 성희롱의 전체 평균은 3.77 점으로 하위영역 중 성희롱의 개념부분이 4.32점으로 가장 높았으며 성희롱 가해자에 대한 인식이 2.88 점으로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 도덕적 민감성과 성희롱 인식, 자기주장성과 도덕적 민감성은 서로 유의한 상관관계가 있었으며 성희롱 인식에 영향을 미치는 유의한 예측요인은 도덕적 민감성(β=.25, p<.001), 성별(β=.21, p<.001), 성희롱 경험 시 처리절차 이해도(β=.12, p=.031)가 16%의 설명력으로 영향을 미치 고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 도덕성 민감성을 높이는 효과적이고 체계적인 프로그램 개발이 필요 하며 성희롱 인식 수준이 낮은 남자간호사에게 우선적으로 인식교육과 성희롱 예방교육에서 성희롱 시 처리절차에 대한 구체적인 교육내용이 전략적으로 포함되어야 함에 대한 근거를 제공하였다.
