Integrated service design aims to suggest necessary requirements for establishing a coherent UI design by incorporating user-centered design to enhance imprudently placed and utilized UI(User Interface) design. Current issues of Device and service systems of large-Scale hospitals were addressed, developmental model of integrated service was designed, and user evaluation items were proposed. Developmental model was investigated based on the theories of researchers who investigated UI requirements in the views of service design, and it aims to achieve universal availability of hospital system to all users, improve the efficiency of hospital services and increase the brand value. The lack of unity in the information system involving hospital kiosk, application, PDA, and tablets brought about confusions of users due to heterogenous forms and interfaces in each hospital. To tackle this, user-centered design that involves a coherent interface, experiential components and visual components should be developed. Thus, this study developed an integrated service design to create an ameliorated service environment through incorporating UI design, and suggested evaluation items through developmental model. The service design created from the developmental model of integrated design is expected to guide mutually organic, efficient and high-quality health care service in upcoming U Healthcare era.

서비스 통합 디자인은 현재 병원 시스템들의 무분별하게 배치되고 사용되는 UI(User Interface Design)디자인을 사용자 중심의 인터페이스로 통합하여 통일성 있는 디자인을 구축하는데 있어 필요한 요건 들을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 현재 대형병원의 디바이스 및 서비스 시스템의 문제점을 파악하고 서비스 통합 디자인의 개발 모형을 설계하고 사용성 평가 항목을 제안한다. 개발 모형은 UI 요건을 연구한 학자들의 이론을 근간으로 서비스디자인 관점에서 연구 되어졌으며, 이는 병원내의 시스템을 사용자 모두가 보편적으로 사용 가능하게 만들고 나아가 병원 업무의 효율성을 높이고 브랜드 가치를 상승하게 하게 하는데 있다. 현재 사용되어지고 있는 병원 키오스크, 어플리케이션, PDA, 타블렛 등의 정보 시스템들은 통일성 없이 각 병원마다 다른 형태, 다른 인터페이스로 사용자들의 혼란을 가져왔다. 그러기 위해서는 다른 형태지만 통일성 있는 인터페이스와 시각적 요소, 경험적 요소 모두를 포함한 사용자 중심의 디자인이 개발되어야 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 이 시스템들의 UI 디자인 을 통합하여 서비스디자인에 있어 더 나은 환경을 만들기 위한 서비스 통합디자인을 개발, 평가 항목을 개발 모형을 통해 제시하였다. 서비스 통합 디자인 개발 모형을 통해 디자인된 서비스디자인은 향후 U 헬스케어(U Healthcare)시대의 상호 유기적이고 효율적인 양질의 의료 서비스가 되기 위한 가이드가 되길 기대해 본다.
