As analog broadcasting is converted to the digital broadcasting is a situation that is utilized as a conventional measurement method. That is, if utilized as broadcasting in the future seems to require a worry for quality measurement. In this paper, we evaluate the factors needed to obtain the same quality as the broadcast to the emergence of a new media broadcasting. As a result, this has been demonstrated UHDTV broadcast. Therefore it seems to be contemplating a new quality standard in the broadcast media.
