This article examines the career guidance strategy for the department of Christian education with the statistical study method on students‘ cognition of questionnaire lists of career. This article consists of theoretical backgrounds, study method, results of analysis and discourse of study. In theoretical backgrounds, the meaning of career and study trends of career guidance are described, and in study method, the understanding of students, questionnaire lists, and study analysis are discussed. In the results of analysis, the importance of questionnaire lists with career related and practical help, students' cognition on the importance of career related, sexual cognition on importance of carer related and practical help are discussed. Discourse on the analysis of study is divided into five sub-categories, that is, the formation of Christian value, the improvement of quality as Christian leader, information of obtaining qualification, subject of Job Career Seminar in the Christian education curriculum, and plans of career guidance. In conclusion, this article will influence the curriculum management of Christian education department, and provide the strategical ideas of career-guidance for students as well as following studies.

본 연구는 우리나라 대학교육이 학생들로 하여금 자신의 진로를 계획하고 졸업 후 직업을 가질 수 있도록 지도하는 일이 중요한 시점에 기독교교육과 학생들의 진로 지도를 위한 방안에 대한 탐구이다. 본 연구는 2015년 10월중 A대학교 기독교교육과에 재학 중인 학생들을 대상으로 진로와 관련된 항목에 대한 인식을 계량적으로 탐색한 것이다. 이론적 배경에서는 진로의 의미와 진로지도의 연구 동향을 다루고, 연구 방법에서는 연구대상자, 설문 문항, 연구 분석을 다룬다. 분석 결과에서는 진로 관련 중요도와 실제 도움의 정도, 진로 관련 중요도에 대한 학년별 인식 정도, 진로 관련 중요도와 실제 도움 정도의 성별 인식 정도를 서술한다. 본 연구의 분석 결과에 따른 논의는 기독교교육과 학생들을 위한 지도방안으로 기독교적 가치관의 형성, 기독교교육자로서의 자질 향상, 자격증 취득 정보, 취업 세미나 학과목 개설 유지, 학년별 지도 계획안을 제시한다. 본 연구는 기독교교육과 학생들을 위한 진로지도를 위해 구체적인 전략과 방향을 설정해 주고 있을 뿐 아니라 우리나라 기독교교육과의 교육과정 운영 방안을 제공하고 있으며 후속 연구를 가능하게 한다.
