The purpose of this paper is to explore the direction of the intercultural learning based on the interculturality, and to suggest the specific instructional method for the members in the multicultural society. For that reason, the authors inquired into and discussed the intercultural learning established in Europe. The results of the teaching methods of the intercultural learning as follows: first, it is an anti-racism education, The anti-racism education in schools should be planned interculturally and be composed of the directions by means of comprehension, respect, and mediation in accordance with cultures. Second, it is related to language, culture, and communication. It emphasizes that the intercultural learning should include not only language but also non-verbal sign for the learning subject. It is important to admit the others as an indigenous value, and to think from the others in the relationship. Third, it is a global learning. This is the most expanded practical content of education among the directions of intercultural learning. Moreover, it is to understand cultural diversity in the transnational situations beyond the understanding the others in schools and community. Besides, it is be appraised as an educational effort to obtain the global citizenship.
