The purpose of this study was to determined the effects of combined exercise training on physical fitness, gait speed, sensorimotor, body stability by depression scale in elderly women. Older adults aged 65-82 were recruited into a 48 weeks exercise programs. This study was to divided into two groups including high depression score women group (n=61) and normal score group (n=84). All subjects were participated in the combined exercise training program for 3 days per week (respectively, senior dance=1 day, aquarobic=1 day, gym ball and togu=1 day/week, time=80minutes) during 48 weeks. In this study, there were no significant differences on body compositions between the groups but significant differences after exercise training. Grip strength, flexibility, thigh strength in elderly women were strikingly improved after 48 weeks combined exercise. There were significant differences on 10m walk, sensorimotor, body stability after 48 weeks. And depression level of depression elderly women group was a noticeable decreased after 48 weeks combined exercise programs. Ultimately, the combined exercise training programs can help to reduce depression by improving the body compositions, physical fitness, gait ability and body stability of elderly women.
