초록
영어
The purpose of study was to conducted to verify the effect of the 12-week elastic band exercise on the daily life performance, depression, and health fitness of the elderly with physical disabilities and brain lesions. The subjects of the study were an elastic band exercise program once a week(60 minutes) for 12 weeks for a total of 17 elderly people with physical disabilities and 9 elderly with brain lesions. For data processing, descriptive statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS 25.0 statistical program, ANOVA were performed, and the significance level was <.05. As a result of this study, statistically significant changes were found in most factors of daily life performance, depression index, body composition, and health and physical strength (p<.05). As the interaction effect between groups appeared in phosphorus, there was a significant difference between the period and the group. In the future, exercise programs with various disability types, grades, and effectiveness life and medical expenses as a national problem.
