Including the United States, military advanced nations are trying to ensure a unified Defense Acquisition System for more superior combat system. But South Korea classifies logistics items as Weapon System or Forces Support Systems(FSS). As a result, FSS relatively undeveloped. Therefore, to maintain the utmost combat power of our armed forces, the advanced system of Acquisition Management Procedure and Organization System should be applied to the acquisition of FSS. This study suggests the advanced systems of Acquisition Management Procedure and Organization System in FSS and analysis the survey results of experts in FSS using the SPSS program. Through the analysis, we obtain the following conclusions; applying the policy research for materiel development decision in requirement planning, applying the preliminary research system, government investment R&D procedure and fast application of civilian superior goods for the better of Acquisition Management Procedure. Additionally, applying the control tower role of MND, establishment of professional R&D center and reinforcement of test & evaluation organization for the better of Acquisition Organization System.

전력지원체계는 전투원의 생존성보장, 전투지속능력유지, 장병 사기진작에 크게 영향을 미친다. 본 논문은 전력지원체계의 획득관리절차와 획득조직체계가 어떻게 개선되어야 전투부대 사용자가 만족할 수 있는 질 좋은 제품을, 적정한 예산으로, 신속하게 획득 할 것인가에 연구 중점을 두었다. 획득관리절차 측면에서는 소요기획 단계부터 군수품개발 소요결정을 위한 정책연구 적용, 선행연구제도 적용, 정부투자연구개발절차 정립, 민간우수제품 조기도입체계 구축 등이 필요하며, 획득조직체계 측면에서는 국방부의 Control Tower 기능 정립, 전문연구기관 설립, 시험평가조직 보강 등의 개선이 필요하다는 결론을 도출하였다.
