This study purposes to figure out how the adult attachment and efficacy of infant music teachers effect on the teacher-infant interactions, and to propose directions on attitude improvement of teachers for the better on the education site based on this. ‘Hypothesis 1. The adult attachment of the infant music teacher may have a meaningful effect on the efficacy of the teachers. Hypothesis 2. The adult attachment of the infant music teacher may have a meaningful effect on the teacher-infant interactions. Hypothesis 3. The efficacy of the infant music teachers may have a meaningful effect on the teacher-infant interactions.’ Therefore, the study results were; first of all, the adult attachment of the infant music teacher had a meaningful effect on the efficacy of the teacher. That is, as the entire adult attachment gets high, the efficacy of teacher appears low. This means that the teachers with stable attachment has higher teachers’ efficacy. Second, the adult attachment of the infant music teachers appeared to have no meaningful effect on the teacher-infant interaction. Third, the efficacy of infant music teachers has a meaningful effect on the teacher-infant interaction. That is, as the higher teacher efficacy is shown, the level of teacher-infant interaction is higher. Therefore, the types of adult attachment and efficacy of infant music teacher from the music education may have direct or indirect effects on the teacher-infant interactions, so it seems that the education on the teaching method and the psychological attitude purification of teachers to the infant music teachers is important.

이 연구는 유아음악교사의 성인애착, 효능감이 교사-유아 상호작용에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고 이를 토대로 유아교육 현장에 보다 유익한 교사의 태도 개선에 방향을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 이 연구의 가설은 다음과 같다. 가설1. 유아음악 교사의 성인애착은 교사의 효능감에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 가설 2. 유아음악 교사의 성인애착은 교사-유아 상호작용에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 가설 3. 유아음악 교사의 효능감은 교사-유아 상호작용에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 유아음악교사의 성인애착은 교사효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 성인애착 전체가 높을수록 교사의 효능감은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 안정형 애착을 보인 교사들이 교사효능감이 높다는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 유아음악교사의 성인애착은 교사-유아 상호작용에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아음악교사의 효능감은 교사-유아 상호작용에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 교사 효능감이 높을수록 교사-유아 상호작용의 수준이 높다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 음악교육에서도 유아음악교사의 성인애착유형과 효능감은 교사-유아 상호작용에 직·간접적 영향을 줄 수 있으므로, 유아음악교사들에게 교육 지도방법과 더불어 교육을 하는 교사의 정신적 태토를 순화하는 교육이 중요하다고 본다.
