This paper aims to propose the revised model of flipped classroom(RMFC) and to analyze the effects of that model at college lecture. The flipped classroom converts traditional direct instruction space into student-centered learning and individual learning space. I study firstly the characteristics of the flipped-mastery classroom model(FMCM) and the procedure to implement FMCM. And then I propose RMFC that is more suitable for our Korean educational environment than American classroom. Next I apply RMFC to my lecture on social studies and analyze its effects affecting academic achievement and learning attitude of students. According to analysis, RMFC makes improvement in test scores, self-directed learning ability and higher level thinking.

이 논문은 우리나라 교육 제도와 환경에 적합한 거꾸로 교실 수정 모형을 개발하고, 실제 예비교 사 교육에 적용한 결과를 분석한 것이다. 최근 거꾸로 교실은 교사의 강의 중심 공간을 학생 중심의 학습 공간, 개별 학습 공간으로 수업의 패러다임을 전환시키고 있다. 먼저 거꾸로 교실의 특성과 학습 활동 절 차를 살펴보고, 우리나라의 교육 제도와 환경에 적합한 거꾸로 교실 수정 모형을 제시하였다. 그 다음 수 정된 거꾸로 교실 모형을 예비교사 교육에 적용하고, 그것의 교육적 효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과에 의 하면, 거꾸로 교실은 학생들의 학업 성적을 신장시키고, 자기 주도적 학습 능력과 태도, 고차적 사고력, 사회적 기능을 발달시키는데 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.
