This study was implemented to verify the effect of Kumdo class on 0 period in high school on Physical Self-Concept and Sociality. To prove this study, set the period of study for 10 weeks and select the 24 students of volunteers who participated in the Kumdo class in 00 highschool of City ‘D’ in 2013, use the data that was collected through preliminary/post inspection for analyze. Study tool was the questionnaire. First, the test of physical Self- Concept was formed the 8 sub factors; appearances, health, flexibility, regular exercise, fat, muscular force, sport confidence, endurance. Second, the test of sociality development was formed 5 sub factors; activities, stability, dominating, sociability, autonomy. The collected test was used to the program SPSS 20.0 after computerization process. and set statistical significance level p<.05. To watch the changes and differences of Physical Self-Concept and the sociality development, according to the propose analysis, through preliminary/post inspection of the survey group, implement the Paired t-test analysis and produce the following result. First, Physical preliminary/post Self-Concept, according to the participation in the 0 period Kumdo class, post inspection compared with preliminary inspection, all average score of the sub factors; appearances, health, flexibility, regular exercise, muscular force, sport confidence, endurance without fat was improved. Second, preliminary/post Sociality development, according to the participation the 0 class Kumdo class, post inspection compared with preliminary inspection, all average score of the sub factors; activities, stability, dominating, sociability, autonomy was improved. The study above shows the result that the participation in 0 period Kumdo class in highschool has a positive effect on the Physical Self-Concept and the sociality development.
