The purpose of this study is to examine the importance and satisfaction on passenger ofPanstar Cruise. Based on a total of 250 samples obtained from empirical research, thisstudy reviewed the reliability and fitness of research model using the SPSS 21.0 andAMOS 18.0 program. The result of IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis)is presented asfollows: First, We should concentrate on safety programs and facilities to improvepassenger satisfactions. Second, We should try to install Wi-Fi program and develop newattraction to improve expectations and satisfactions of passenger. The results of the factor analysis produced 5 factors(entertainment and port infra,restaurant and cabin, duty free shop and facility, safety, crew and cruise design) used31items, and regression analysis, demonstrated “restaurant and cabin”, significant at p<0.01. therefore We should concentrate on restaurant service and room service. As this study is limited by sampling of Panstar passenger, Further studies are needed toexpand the area research and diversity object.

본 연구는 크루즈승객을 대상으로 만족도에 관한 각 항목을 가지고 중요도와 성취도 분석기법(IPA)을 사용하여 연구를 수행하였다. 실증 분석을 통해 본 연구에서 제시한 논제를 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 강점 항목은 선실이나 식당시설인 것으로 나타났다. 선실의 청결이나 선내시설이용의 편리성, 선내쾌적성 등 선내시설에 관한 부분이 중요하면서 만족한 것으로 나타났으며반면에 안전에 관한 부분이 약점으로 나타나 안전에 관한 부분을 집중적으로 개선해야 될 것으로 보인다. 따라서 안전을 위한 안내방송이나 시설이용에 대한 보완이 필요할 것으로 보인다. 저순위 분야에서는 면세품의 다양성, 품질, 가격 등이 나타났으며공연의 다양성과 완성도, 불꽃놀이 등 기타이벤트, 환영행사, 어린이프로그램, 기항지소개 등이 포함되었다. 셋째, 재방문, 추천의도, 이용후 이미지변화에 관한 회귀분석결과 모든 변수에서 식당과 선실 요인에서 유의하게 나타났다. 즉 재방문이나 추천의도,이용후 이미지변화 등은 우선적으로 식당이용과 선실의 쾌적성과 연관이 있다는 것이다. 이러한 연구결과, 크루즈선사는 안전에 대한 시설보완과 교육 등을 보완해야 할것이며, 식당이용과 쾌적한 선실이용을 위해 지속적인 노력을 해야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 팬스타크루즈 이용객만을 대상으로 했기 때문에 일반화하기에는 어려움이 있으며 이 부분이 연구의 한계로 남는다.
