The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness that group counselling by transactional analysis influence on personal competence and communication for marine corps30 participants were randomly assigned to an experimental group(15) and a control group(15) and pre and post test was performed. Experimental group and comparative group were given sessions during 3day, which one session offered for 120 minutes' group counselling 8 hour a day. To verify the effectiveness of the group counselling Wilcoxon Matched-Pairs Signed-Ranks Test와 Mann-Whitney U Test was performed. The result revealed that group counselling by transactional analysis positively influence on personal competence and communication for marine corps. This study has a meaning and great achievements to present the possibility of using this program in practical and clinical field , which deals with personal competence and communication conflic, emotional and mental part of psychological well-being for marine corps where there are many kind of rapidly changing hard limits.

본 연구의 목적은 해병대 부적응 병사를 대상으로 교류분석(Transactional Analysis; TA) 집단상담을 활용하여 개 인역량과 의사소통에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 참가신청자 30명을 실험집단(15명), 통제집단(15명)에 각각 무선 배정하여, 사전․사후검사를 실시하였다. 실험집단은 각 회기별 120분씩 1일 8시간 3일 동안 총 12회기로 제공되었다. 프로그램의 효과성 검증을 위해 Wilcoxon Matched-Pairs Signed-Ranks Test와 Mann-Whitney U Test가 활용되었다. 연구 분석결과, 집단상담 에 참여한 실험집단 대상자들은 개인역량과 의사소통에 긍정적으로 효과가 나타났다. 이것은 여러 가지 급변하는 어려운 한계 속에서 해병대 병사의 개인역량과 의사소통의 갈등과 정서적, 심리적 부분을 다루는 관련 임상실천 현장에서 활용가능성을 제시하는 데에 의의와 큰 성과라 할 수 있다.
