This paper explored the booklet 『Kontsirisannoriyaku』 and ｢Kontsirisannoorasho｣ included in the booklet. As the teachings of the catechism, confession is done through three steps: contrition→ confession→satisfaction. However, this booklet is the teaching that if there is complete contrition with preparation for confession at any time, everyone can be forgiven without confession before a priest, and the prayer of complete contrition is ｢Kontsirisannoorasho｣. This booklet is a preparation for special circumstances of priest’s absence caused by Kirishitan persecution, and it is not against the catechism but based on exceptions of catechism. Lastly, the transformed Orasho will be translated in full after its vocabulary is changed into vocabulary of a time when Orasho was published.

본고에서는 소책자『곤치리산노리야쿠(こんちりさんのりやく)』(1603) 및 이 책에 포함되어 있 는 ｢곤치리산노오라쇼(こんちりさんのおらしよ)｣에 대하여 고찰해 보았다. 교리서(catechism)의 가르침과 같이 고해(告解)는 통회(痛悔)→고백(告白)→보속(補贖)이라는 3단 계를 통하여 이루어진다. 그러나 이 책은 기회가 오면 고해할 각오로 완전한 통회(곤치리산)를 한 다면 사제 앞에서의 고백이 없어도 용서받는다는 가르침이며, 통회의 기도문이 바로 ｢곤치리산노 오라쇼｣이다. 이 책은 급속히 다가올 기리시탄 탄압으로 인한 사제(司祭) 부재라는 특수한 상황에 대한 대비책이 며, 결코 교리를 초월한 것이 아니라 교리서의 예외 조항에 근거하여 저술된 것임을 알 수 있다. 마 지막으로 변용된 오라쇼를 간행 당시의 어휘로 고쳐본 후 완역하고자 한다.
