The purpose of this study was to analyze the operation effects and satisfaction of general arts class of core competencies through action learning with teaching and learning methods. In order to achieve this objective, students who have taken the‘ Self-Management and Future Preparation’ in first semester 2013 were investigated the self-management skills assessment and class satisfaction. For this study are as follows. First, being saw the collegiate self-management skills assessment, selfmanagement skills was improved in self-directed learning, emotional selfcontrol, goal-oriented planning and organizing, work ethic. Second, the class satisfaction survey were satisfied at individual project, team project, team activities, teaming, assessment methods, teaching methods. This study is significant that the‘ Self-Management and Future Preparation’ of self-management skills class based on action learning effects said. In addition, the use of diagnostic assessment such as collegiate core competencies to the competency-based curriculum as a collegiate teaching and learning methods of action learning new ways to apply the collegiate classes could be.

본 연구는 교수학습방법으로 액션러닝을 적용한 핵심역량 교양수업 운영 을 통해 수업의 효과와 만족도를 알아보고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기위해 2013학년도 1학기‘ 자기관리와 미래준비’를 수강 한 학생들을 대상으로 자기관리역량 진단평가와 수업 만족도를 조사하였 다. 이에 대한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생 자기관리역량진단 결과 자기관리역량, 자기 주도적 학습, 계획수립 및 실행능력, 정서적 자 기조절, 직업의식에서 향상을 보였다. 둘 째, 수업 만족도 조사 결과 개별과제, 팀 과제, 팀 활동, 팀 구성, 평가방식, 강의방식 등에서 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 액션러닝 기반 자기관리역량 수업인‘ 자기관리와 미래준비’의 효과를 밝혔다는데 의의가 있다. 또한 대학생 핵심역량진단평가의 활용 예로서 대학들에게 역량기반 교육과정의 교수학습방법으로 액션러닝을 적용한 대학수업에 새로운 방안이 될 수 있을 것이다.
