As the pace and the range of opening the domestic agricultural market have been expanded and the instability of agricultural income has gradually grown, a variety of businesses have been carried forward in order to compensate for the instable agricultural income, particularly hands on rural tourism has been magnified as an alternative. As a matter of fact, agritourism has been introduced in the form of combining the traditional function of agriculture and tourism which is an element of service with the object of reviving the rural areas around the Western Europe such as France, the United Kingdom and Germany and the demand for traveling has been increasing steadily. Accordingly, this study is to analyze the importance and satisfaction related to the management of hands on tourism targeting the people concerned in the domestic hands on tourism. That is, the study was conducted to provide useful information in determining the priorities concerning the management of hands on tourism by comparing and analyzing the level of importance and the satisfaction of each property at the same time through the IPA(Important Performance Analysis). The results of measuring the level of importance and satisfaction on targeting the 118 people who are related to the Hands on rural tourism management are as follows. The factor which showed the highest importance was accessibility and then rural environment, hands-on program followed while the factor showing the highest level of satisfaction was service and comfort properties, rural environment followed.

국내 농산물 시장의 개방속도와 폭이 확대됨에 따라 농업소득의 불안성이 점점 커지면서 불 안정한 농업소득을 보완하기 위한 다양한 사업이 추진되고 있는데 특히 농촌체험관광이 대 안으로 부각되고 있다. 실제로 농촌관광은 프랑스와 영국, 독일 등 서유럽을 중심으로 농촌지역을 활성화시킬 목적 으로 농업이라는 전통적인 기능에 서비스적 요소인 관광을 결합한 형태로 도입되었으며, 농 촌관광에 대한 수요는 꾸준히 증가하고 있는 추세이다이에 본 연구는 국내 농촌체험관광 관 계자들을 대상으로 농촌체험관광 운영과 관련된 중요도와 만족도를 분석하였다. 즉, IPA (Important Performance Analysis)를 통해 각 속성의 상대적인 중요도와 만족도를 비교·분석 함으로서 농촌체험관광 운영과 관련하여 우선순위를 결정하는 데 유용한 정보를 제공하고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 농촌체험관광 관계자 118명을 대상으로 농촌체험관광 운영에 대해 중요도와 만족도를 측정 한 결과는 다음과 같다. 가장 높은 중요도를 보인 요인은 접근성, 체험 프로그램, 쾌적성 등의 순이었으며, 가장 높은 만족도를 보인 것은 서비스, 쾌적성, 농촌환경 등의 순이었다.
