The purpose of this study was to analyze the change in the perception and need of early childhood teachers about service quality with child care center accreditation to seek directions of effective child care center accreditation. The evaluation tool by Lee(2008) was used to gather data about service quality of child care center. The data of need of early childhood teachers about service quality with child care center accreditation were gathered by using a questionnaire which was developed based on prior literature, research and arrangements with professors and teachers and used to collect data. The subjects used in this study were 230 early childhood teachers at a child care center which applied to the child care center accreditation. Data analysis was conducted by paired t-test, frequency analysis and multiple response analysis. The results of this study indicated that there were significant differences partially by age, career, scholarship and major of early childhood teachers about the change in the perception and the needs of early childhood teachers about child care center accreditation.

본 연구의 목적은 어린이집 평가인증에 따른 보육서비스 질에 대한 유아교사의 인식변화와 요구도를 분석하여 효율적인 평가인증의 방향을 모색하는 데 있다. 보육서비스 질에 대한 교사의 인식변화 자료를 수집하기 위해서 이경희(2008)의 평가도구를 사용하였고, 어린이집 평가인증에 대한 교사 요구도 자료는 문헌연구와 유아교육 전문가들과의 협의를 통해 구성된 설문문항(10문항)을 활용하여 수집되었다. 연구대상은 G광역시 평가인증 신청 어린이집에 재직 중인 교사 230명 이었으며, 수집된 연구 자료는 대응표본 t-검증, 빈도분석, 다중응답분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과 교사의 연령과 경력, 학력, 전공에 따라 평가인증 전과 후의 보육서비스 질에 대한 교사의 인식에 변화가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 평가인증에 대한 요구도에 있어서도 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
