The purpose of this study is to find out the influence for Services-cape to customer satisfaction and behavioral intention and to provide theoretical basis which will be useful to screen golf club which records saturation. Subjects are selected 397(94.8%) out of total were set as valid specimens people who use screen golf club in Seoul city and over 20 years old, from June, 1st to August, 31st,2013. Collected data were conducted several tests followed: Frequency analysis, Cronbach’s α, Exploratory Factor Analysis, Correlation Analysis by PASW S18.0 and Structural Equation Model Analysis over if the hypothesis by AMOS7.0. The results of this study is as follows. First, correlation analysis show ships between variable shaves positive(+) relation so that selected variables’ direction and relation are matched in hypothesis. Second, cooperation environment, esthetics factor, accessibility and cleanliness which are subfactor in service-cape have effect customer satisfaction. Third, customer satisfaction has effect behavioral intention.

본 연구의 목적은 스크린골프장 서비스스케이프가 고객만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써 과포화 상태에 놓인 스크린골프장에 유용한 기초자료를 제공하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2013년 6월 1일부터 8월 31일까지 서울지역의 스크린골프장을 이용하고 있는 20대 이상의 남녀회원들을 모집단으로 총 397(94.8%)부를 유효 표본으로 설정하였다. 수집된 자료는 통계분석 방법은 PASW 18.0 Version으로 통하여 빈도분석과 Cronbach’s α, 탐색적 요인분석(Exploratory Factor Analysis: EFA), 상관관계분석(Correlation Analysis)을 실시하였으며, 가설 검증을 위하여 AMOS 7.0을 이용하여 구조 방정식모형분석(Structural Equation Model Analysis: SEM) 을 실시하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법 및 절차를 통하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 상관관계분석에서 요인간의 관계가 모두 통계적으로 정(+)의 상관관계를 보이고 있어 연구가설에서 설정 변수간의 방향과 관계가 일치하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스스케이프의 하위요인인 공조환경, 심미성, 접근성, 청결성 4개 요인 모두 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객만족은 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
