This study aims to test the structural equation model of teacher variables affecting the students below the basic level of high school. Teacher variables are principle's transactional leadership that teacher perceives, teachers' autonomy, teacher efficacy. In order to test these research questions, a survey was conducted on 409 teachers in 39 high schools in Chungbuk province. A total questionnaires were analyzed using the AMOS 20.0 programs. The results of the study are as follows. First, the final model was found to be fit: χ²=367.974, df=113, ρ=.000, RMSEA=.074, GFI=.896 and TLI=.920. Thus, the path of 'transactional leadership → teachers' autonomy, teachers' autonomy → teacher efficacy' had a significant effect. Second, the structural equation model of teacher variables affecting low level students of high school had a significant effect on general and specialized high school.

본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 기초학력미달에 영향을 미치는 교사변인에 대한 구조방정식모형을 검증하는데 있다. 교사변인으로는 교사가 지각하는 학교장의 변혁적 리더십, 교사자율성, 교사효능감으로 설정하였다. 구조방정식모형을 검증한 후 일반고등학교와 특성화고등학교 모형을 비교하는 것 또한 연구 목적으로 삼았다. 연구대상은 충북 소재 39개 고등학교에 근무하는 고등학교 교사 409명이고 최종자료는 Amos 20.0으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 최종모형의 적합도 지수는 χ²=367.974, df=113, p=.000, RMSEA는 .074, GFI는 .896, TLI는 .920이었으며 ‘변혁적 리더십 → 교사자율성’, ‘교사자율성 → 교사효능감’ 경로가 유의미한 것으로 나왔다. 둘째, 기초학력미달에 미치는 교사변인에 대한 구조방정식모형은 일반고등학교와 특성화고등학교에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다.
