The Gospel of Jesus that started from Jerusalem is moving back to Jerusalem through the west passing Korea and China after Europe and United States. This march of the Gospel started long time ago when human beings disobeyed God’s command and was in the abyss of eternal death. God’s divine justice and love gave rise to God’s mission. God’s enthusiasm to save mankind started from Old testament and up to the generation of the Holy Spirit in which that we live in, and will definitely move on till the day when the great task of mission is accomplished. God’s mission has been brought up to us without any change in quality by the people and nations that God has chosen and has never hesitated or ever retreated by this investigation. It will be soon to finish the task. The 21st generation, however, is having a lot of difficulties in mission compared to the past, and that is why we are in need of knowledge in prayer. And also, we need to erect people of God who is prepared and well trained based on this generation's mission strategy and who is determined to work for the Gospel of God even through martyrdom. But, the record shows us that we are in shortage of people who are ready to go on a mission whether it is a long term or a short term and has a specialty or is an expert in ministry as Paul. To satisfy the mission trend which is the West-Centered Mission to the 2/3 World-Centered Mission, we are in desperate need of missionaries ecumenically selected who are prepared and well trained in biblical and as a global leader, to handle the ministry of Gospel following the silk road into Jerusalem from all around 10/40 window. However, we can see that nowadays mission strategy is based on researching, collecting, mobilizing, and dispatching, and because of these matters missionaries who are actually serving in mission is in desperate need of ways in how they can erect, teach, and display their leadership. Therefore, in order to meet a such of demands of mission work, I propose "Native Missionary Training Project" which is based on global networking for not only to be a part of the great task bus also to accomplish this world mission.

예루살렘을 출발한 복음이 유럽과 미국을 지나 한국과 중국을 관통해 복음의 종착역인 예루살렘으로 향하고 있다. 이 복음의 행진은 인류가 하나님을 거역하고 영원한 사망가운데로 떨어진 바로 그 때부터 시작되었다. 하나님의 공의와 사랑이 선교를 출산하게 한 것이다. 인류의 구원을 향한 하나님의 열심은 구약과 신약의 성서시대를 지나 이제 성령의 시대를 살아가는 오늘은 물론 선교의 대임이 완수되는 그날까지 멈춤 없는 행진을 해나갈 것이다. 하나님의 선교는 단 한시도 멈추지 않았으며 하나님께서 선택하신 사람들과 민족들을 통하여 우리 세대에 까지 전달되었다. 그러나 21세기는 그 어느 때보다 선교의 장애물들이 많고 또한 이 세대에 맞는 선교전략과 순교의 각오로 복음에 헌신된 많은 주의 일군을 필요로 한다. 바울과 같이 성경과 목회를 알며 전문기능을 보유하고, 선교지중심의 선교로 이동하는 세계선교동향에 부응할 하나님의 인재들이 요청되고 있다. 미전도종족의 지역의 관문도시들로부터 헌신된 현지인 그리스도인들을 선발하여 국제적인 실력과 영성을 지닌 선교사들로 훈련시켜 땅 끝, 예루살렘까지 가서 복음사역을 감당할 현지인 선교사들을 양성하는 훈련원사역이 절실히 요구된다. 선교지에 대한 정보연구, 수집, 선교사동원과 파송에 중심의 전략을 뛰어 넘어 실제로 선교지 현장사역에 투입될 선교사들이 선교지에서 생존할 뿐만 아니라 현지인들에게 지도력을 발휘하며 교차문화커뮤니케이션을 충분히 인지하고 복음의 본질을 왜곡됨 없이 선교지의 상황화를 이룰 수 있는 양질의 선교사들을 계속 세워 나갈 방안을 필요로 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 시대적 선교요청에 부응하여 국내선교사는 물론 선교의 소명을 받은 각 지역의 관문도시들로부터 선교의 소명이 있는 현지인 그리스도인들을 선발하여 국제적 전문기능과 강인한 영성을 구비한 선교사들로 양성하고 파송하므로 세계선교 대임완수에 기여할 수 있는 실천 선교전략으로 “현지인 선교사 양성 프로젝트”를 제언하는 바이다.
