Effects of hotel employee's personality on job involvement and Career involvement

This study is based on existing research leading to the personal nature of the hotel employee's will concentrate for verifying the relationship between job involvement and career involvement. Statistical analysis of the SPSS (Ver. 12.0) frequency, using statistical analysis program, a factor analysis, reliability analysis into implementation, multiple regression analysis for the hypothesis was conducted. Research results can be summarized as follows. The first, hotel employee's personality related to affecting extraversion, un-neuroticism(stable),agreeableness, conscientious with job involvement, the openness to experience factor is not affecting. Secondly, hotel employee's personality related to affecting extraversion, un-neuroticism(stable), conscientious with career involvement. the openness to experience and agreeableness factor is not affecting.
