This study is importance of developing and maintaining enduring relationships with customers of service convenience is generally accepted in the airline industry. The main purpose of this thesis is to identify and the effects of the service convenience upon customer commitment, long-term relationship orientation in airline Industry. Survey for this study period, feb 1st to feb 28th, 2013. Research in the Seoul, Incheon, Busan in international airport area, analyze the SPSS(Ver.15.0) and AMOS(Ver.7.0) statistical program using the frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, fitness of research model verified total 3 hypotheses. According to the result of this research, airlines are expected to pay attention to understanding serviceabilities and benefits as well as in critical for them to improve their productivity. Providing need to understand of the customers in order to improve the customer benefits to be more convenient and increasing the services.

본 연구는 항공사를 이용하는 탑승객이 지각하는 서비스편의성을 중심으로 하여 몰입과 장기관계지향성과의 관계를 실증적으로 규명하고 항공사의 경영전략의 하나로 효율적인 고객관리방안을 시사점으로 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 각 측정요인의 영향을 조사하기 위하여 설문지를 구성하였으며 연구지역은 인천, 서울, 부산지역을 중심으로 항공사를 이용한 탑승객을 대상으로 표본추출방식을 비확률 표본추 출방법 중 하나인 편의표본추출방식을 사용하였다. 분석방법으로 통계적 분석은 SPSS(Ver. 15.0)와 AMOS(Ver. 7.0) 통계 프로그램을 이용하 여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였고, 가설을 검증하기 위해 서 연구모형에서 제시된 구성개념들 간에 상호 영향관계를 공변량 구조분석을 통해 구성 개념들 간의 상호관계를 분석을 하였다. 본 연구는 기존의 연구에서 다차원의 서비스 편의성에 대해 다루고는 있으나 고객몰입 을 통한 장기관계지향성의 관계를 규명한다는 점에서 차별화가 있으며 실증분석을 통해 관계를 도출했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 연구결과 서비스편의성은 몰입에 정의 영향관계를 확인하였고 몰입은 장기관계지향성과 에 유의한 영향관계를 확인하였다.
