This study is aimed to analyze the satisfaction level and factors of residents and to find improvement properties in the process and outcome of Happy Neighbourhood-Making. For this study, 75 residents in four neighborhoods (Dagbatgol, Chamsari, Samo, Meodre) are surveyed. The questionaries are formulated with a total of 27 items of 6 parts in the process, with a total of 16 of 5 parts in the outcome, based on the existing studies. Using the survey results, factor analysi, multi-regression analysis is conducted to identify the factor's significance and to find improvement properties by composing the significance and the satisfaction level. The survey shows that administration's roles quietly affect the process of project. Among them, improvement properties of the official's activity is not needed, but the system and organization of administration for building neighbourhood needs to be revised firstly. Though the satisfaction and significance level of activists's and planner's roles were highly ranked, the need of improvement priority revealed so low. The analysis shows that financial factor is more influential than social, physical and personal factors on the per and physical factor and is needed to be revised firstly.

본 연구는 행복마을만들기 사업의 추진과정과 사업 후 성과에 대한 주민 만족도와 만족 요인들을 분석하고 향후 계속 진행될 사업에서 우선 개선 필요 사항들을 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 주민들의 의식을 파악하기 위하여 닥밭골, 참살이, 삼어, 머드레 마을 등 4개 마을에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문문항은 선행연구를 토대로 마을만들기 사업의 추진과정 관련 6개 부문 27개 항목, 사업종료 후 성과 관련 및 성과의 평가 관련 5부문 16개 항목으로 구성되었다. 설문의 응답결과를 토대로 사업 추진 과정과 사업 후 성과에 대한 주민들의 만족도와 마을만들기 사업에 영향을 미치는 요인들과 그 중요도를 알아보기 위해 인자분석, 다중회귀분석을 각각 실시하였으며, 우선 개선 항목을 파악하기 위해 영향력이 큰 주요 인자별로 만족도를 비교분석하였다. 또한 정량적 통계결과의 이해와 해석을 돕기 위해 활동가와의 인터뷰, 기발간된 보고서, 마을 소식지 등을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 사업 추진 과정에서 행정의 역할이 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치며, 그중에서 공무원의 활동은 개선 우선 필요성이 낮지만 사업을 운영하는 행정조직과 체계에 대한 개선 우선 필요성은 매우 높게 나타났다. 활동가와 계획가에 대한 만족도와 중요도는 높지만 개선 우선 필요성은 낮게 나타났다. 사업 후 성과에서는 물리적 요인과 사회적 요인, 개인적인 가치관 보다 경제적 요인이 마을만들기 사업의 성과에 더 큰 영향을 미치며 우선 개선 필요성도 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다.
