This study was designed to examine the relationship between marital quality and
organizational commitment and seize the mediation effect between them. The objects of this research were married associate noncommissioned officer(staff sergeant, sergeant, master sergeant, yarn, warrant) and 350 questionnaires were analyzed.
To examine the mediating effects of psychological well-being(depression, life satisfaction) between marital quality and organizational commitment, regression analysis was adapted with the procedure of Baron & Kenny(1986)'s Scale. The results were showed that depression had complete mediating effects on the relationship between marital quality and organizational or affective commitment. And Life satisfaction had partial mediating effects on the relationship between marital quality and organizational or affective commitment.
