Translation studies have recently made a lot of progress quantitatively and qualitatively in Korea. If we pay attention to the process of translation, there are several factors that make it difficult to translate, and cultural elements are one of the significant factors. Many papers analyzed translation strategies for cultural elements, with the focuse on what kind of translation strategies were used by a translator among substitution, omission, addition, etc. In this study, the texts that contains relatively large amount of cultural elements in their contents are referred to as 'cultural text'. This thesis analyzes the writing style of cultural texts by focusing on the expressions at the end of sentences. The speech level of Korean-Japanese translation is also analyzed to identify stylistic characteristics, and based on the results, the paper makes suggestions for translation education. The educators and students are recommend to have more interest in the writing style.
