This research is to develop a blended system of off-line knowledge management process and on-line system supporting it for acquiring, sustaining and developing new knowledge which make it possible to analyze the general evaluations and problems about instruction and learning of tutors in existing field of church school according to the model of systematic instructional design and to help tutors proceed cooperative learning effectively upon this base The research proceeded as follows: first, the requirement analysis was carried at 13 churches around the country from January 2009 to December to find out the needs of the field of church education. This was carried with field observing sheets, interviews with ministers, and class observations. Second, the blended system was designed with theories and models of cooperative learning, Nonaka's Knowledge Management process, and documentary study about blended cooperative learning theories. Third, on-line community and off-line small group rehearsal system for tutors were developed with the design. The blended system developed through this research made it possible for tutors to have continuing opportunities of training with knowledge reproduction through off-line small group rehearsal and persisting supports through on-line community.

본 연구의 목적은 체제적 교수설계의 모형에 따라, 기존의 교회학교 현장에서 튜터들의 교수학습 전반에 대한 평가와 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 튜터들이 협동학습을 효과적으로 진행할 수 있도록 새로운 지식을 습득하고 이를 지속적으로 유지 발전시키기 위한 오프라인 지식경영 프로세스와 이를 지원하는 온라인 시스템을 통합한 블렌디드 시스템을 개발하는 것이다. 연구절차는 첫째, 교회학교 현장에서의 요구를 알아보기 위해서 2009년 1월부터 12월까지 전국 13개 교회를 현장 방문하여 요구분석을 실시하였다. 요구분석은 현장 관찰지를 사용하여, 사역자 면담 및 수업 참관을 통해 이루어졌다. 둘째, 협동학습의 원리와 모형, 노나카의 지식경영 프로세스, 블렌디드 협동학습 시스템의 이론에 관한 문헌연구를 통해 블렌디드 시스템을 설계하였다. 셋째, 설계된 내용을 중심으로 온라인 커뮤니티와 오프라인의 튜터 소그룹 리허설 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 개발된 블렌디드 시스템은 튜터들에게 오프라인에서 소그룹 리허설을 통해 지식의 재생산을 통한 훈련의 기회를 지속적으로 공급하고, 아울러 온라인 커뮤니티를 통한 지속적인 튜터 지원이 가능하도록 하였다.
