This essay discusses about Eurhythmics Education, which was created by E. J. Dalcroze and his fellow educator, R. M. Abramson. Within the Eurhythmics Music Education, the importance of the teacher's ability is presented in the perspective of Education of Holistic Care. Also, the Holistic Education and Eurhythmics Music Education are presented to have equal goal. Eurhythmics, which is approaching multicultural arts with music, was created by Emile J. Dalcroze(1865～1950) who became a respectable holistic teacher through this pedagogy. Robert M. Abramson(1928～2008) improved and finalized the pedagogy and the qualification of teaching from toddlers to elders. Eurhythmics allows a person to express music physically while working mentally, emotionally, and physically together with rhythm as the background of artistic expressions to analyze, understand, and create one's own musical feelings. The important thing that brings out the musical senses through this process is of course, learning the rhythm of one's life and develops moral self-control and spiritual capacity. This paper presents and explains the philosophy of Dalcroze Eurhythmics music education, and this is to explain that music education isn't just a simple tool to just raise musicians. Overall, music education is to better learn music but in the end, it helps in developing a good character and one must look at education with philosophy as a background and not as a simple tool for learning. The concepts on movement are relatively weak while the world of movement and Eurhythmics sprit exists throughout our lives. Movement is important indicator of one’s character and the importance of movement in music education cannot be over emphasized. One should practice to be considerate by the use of movement since consideration has close relationship to movement. Consideration is senses and arts. Artistic senses develop effective mind of consideration. Eurhythmics teachers learn forty-two types of elements in Holistic point of view. This paper is documentation of these elements of consideration and attitudes Eurhythmics teachers should possess. In the age of global communication and cultural integration, one should aim to develop holistic spirit education with global community in mind.

이 논문은 유리드믹스(Eurhythmics) 교육 창시자인 Dalcroze와 그 교육의 대가인 Abramson이 언급한 유리드믹스 음악교육 중 교사 능력의 중요성을 홀리스틱 교육 관점에서 제시하며, 홀리스틱 교육에서 추구하는 방향과 유리드믹스 음악교수법의 공통 방향을 제시한다. Dalcroze가 음악을 예로 해결하는 예술 통합적 접근의 유리드믹스 교수법으로 홀리스틱 교사의 연구와 그 역사를 이어 Abranson이 유아부터 성인까지 지도에 관한 교사 능력평가를 완성시키기까지 유리드믹스에 나타나는 홀리스틱 교사의 배려 정신이 언급된다. 음악교육이 홀리스틱 인간성을 형성하는 데 매우 중요하지만, 더욱더 중요한 것은 홀리스틱 정신을 갖춘 교사가 홀리스틱 인간형을 성장시킬 수 있다. 교수법은 또 하나의 교육으로서 무엇을 지도하느냐가 아니라 어떻게 지도하느냐의 관점에서 기존의 음악교육 유리드믹스 연구에서 한발 더 나아가는 의미를 준다. 이 논문이 홀리스틱 배려 정신을 연구하거나 타 교과목의 교수법을 연구하는 사람, 또는 현장의 음악교사들에게 21세기의 인재를 양성할 수 있는 글로벌 배려교육 연구에 도움이 되길 바란다.
