This study was performed to estimate to items of hospital coordinator roles and to prepare the policy of job roles of hospital coordinator. From factor analysis, 4 factors were extracted, First, F1(management of job), F2(Function of job), F3(attitude of job), F4(skill of job), Second. the mean score of Importance of hospital coordinator role was 3.97, role Performance was 3.71, there are difference significantly(p<0.001). Third. the result from IPA, the 1st quarter(Keep up the Good Work): management of interpersonal relationship, understanding organization, image of professional person, knowledge of job, computer ability, oral communication, establish of interpersonal relationship, 2nd quarter(Concentrate Here): leadership, 3rd quarter(lower priority); management of planning, job partner, client management, facilitator, Public relation management, education and train manager, awareness of job, 4th quarter(Possible Overkill); management of communication, knowledge of office work. From this study, we suggest more efforts are essential to upgrade the service level of the hospital coordinator and for their job policy in medical marketing competency.

본 연구는 서비스접점에서 병원코디네이터 직무역할에 대한 IPA분석을 통해 직무속성별 우선순위 항목을 측정하고, 중요도-성취도의 차이를 분석하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구결과 첫째, 요인분석을 통해 F1(직무관계관리), F2(직무역할기능), F3(직무태도), F4(직무기술)의 4개의 요인이 추출되었으며, 둘째, 병원코디네이터 역할 중요속성에 대한 총 평균값은 3.97, 성취도에 대한 평균값은 3.71로 유의한 차이를 나타났다(p<0.001). 셋째, IPA분석결과 제1사분면(지속적유지): 대인관계관리, 조직이해, 전문가이미지, 업무지식, 컴퓨터 활용, 구두의사소통, 대인관계형성이 위치하였고, 제 2사분면(집중관리): 지도력이 위치하였고, 제 3사분면(저우선순위): 계획관리, 업무파트너, 고객관리, 촉진자, 홍보관리, 교육훈련관리자, 직업의식 항목이 위치하였으며, 제 4사분면(과잉노력): 의사소통관리, 사무지식 항목이 위치하였다. 본 연구결과 병원코디네이터의 직무역할은 서비스접점에서 성취도 향상을 위한 노력이 절실히 필요하며, 양질의 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 경쟁력 있는 병원 서비스 마케팅 방안에 특별한 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다.
