A Practical Tasks in Law-related Education after Constitution of LRE Support Act in the Primary & Secondary Schools

The aim of this study is to search for practical tasks for more systematic law-related education in schools since the constitution of LRE Support Act. The result of the study is as follows. First, the main body of the LRE business should be switched over to private organizations from the Ministry of Justice. Second, the practice of LRE in schools should be based on teachers?professional development. Third, various LRE programs should be developed for the majority of the students to participate. Fourth, the school-centered supportive system should be constructed between the schools and other LRE organizations. Finally, the research on newer law-related education should be carried out by the formation of the research communities. The interest in law-related education has been increased, along with which the research on students?law-related consciousness; the discovery of new task in the wave of change of the future society; and the Korean style of law-material development are also necessary.
