The sexual violence problems education model and it? teaching-learning plan in the social studies education were studied. The purpose of the study in this paper is to review the sexual violence problems, to develop, for coping with those problems, it? teaching-learning plan in the social studies, and, as a result, to make a contribution to a good build-up and enhancement of society in Korea. In order to achieve this goal, firstly, the meaning of the sexual violence problems was reviewed, importances and directions of those problems education in the social studies curriculum were reviewed. Secondary, The sexual violence problems education model and it? teaching-learning plans(controversial issue model and inquiry model) in the social studies were developed. Findings from this study are as follows: I propose that we need to deal with contents concerned a lot of resolution cases of the sexual violence problems, and to reduce the contents that can provoke the sexual discrimination and sexual violence problems in the social studies curriculum and textbook.

이 논문의 목적은 한국사회 성폭력 문제를 제고하고, 학교 사회과 교육에서 학습자의 성폭력 문제 대응능력 육성을 위한 원활한 교육이 이루어질 수 있도록 실제적인 교수-학습사례를 제시함으로써, 만연하고 있는 한국사회 성폭력 문제의 해소에 기여하는 데 있다. 연구목적 달성을 위하여 먼저, 사회과교육에서 성폭력 문제 대응 교육을 위한 논의를 실시하였다. 둘째로, 논의를 기초로 성폭력 문제 교육과정 요소 즉 목표, 내용, 교수-학습 방법, 평가 등의 측면에서 적용 방향을 진술하였다. 셋째로, 사회과교육에서 성폭력 문제 교육 교수-학습 방법을 탐색하여 제시하였다. 사회과교육에서 성폭력 문제 대응 교육의 실효는 일회적인 교수-학습 모형의 적용으로 만 이루어지는 것이 아니라, 형식적 교육과정과 잠재적 교육과정, 교실 구성원 간 상호작용, 교실 밖 사회구조와 환경, 사회의식 등의 통합적 적용이 동시적으로 이루어질 때 의미가 있다고 본다. 학교 교과교육차원에서 학생들이 필요하고 중요한 성폭력 문제 대응 교육을 체계적으로 받을 수 있도록 교육과정에 반영하는 일이 필요하다.
