The purpose of this study is to review and to investigate the impact of emotional leadership on innovative behavior and the mediating effect of organizational trust of deluxe hotels located in Seoul. In total, 240 questionnaires were distributed and 205 valid and complete questionnaires were collected for empirical data analysis. The result of this study shows that emotional leadership have a great effect on organizational trust and innovative behavior. And it has been found that the organizational trust is a mediating effect between emotional leadership and innovative behavior. The ultimate results of this study bring up the new direction in ways the human resource management and the organization management in the hotel firms which emphasizes the importance of emotional leadership, organizational trust and innovative behavior.
