본 연구는 문헌 및 실물조사를 활용하여 「유의평례」에 나타난 「대학연의보」의 ‘備規制’와 ‘愼刑憲’의 교감 항목에 대해 결정 과정이 구체적으로 어떻게 이루어졌는지를 분석하고, 그 항목들에 대해 「대학연의보」 및 「어정대학유의」 기록과의 비교를 통해 교감의 세부 내용 및 결과를 종합하였다. 첫째, 비규제 15권(권85〜권99)의 교감은 「유의평례」 2 권16첨 9항목, 권17첨 20항목, 권18첨 1항목이다. 권16첨 9항목은 도읍지건 상 1건, 궁궐지거 1건, 유유지설 4건, 여위지의 3건이다. 도읍지와 궁궐에 대한 것은 구준의 안설이 발췌되었다. 「시경」의 영대편(靈臺篇)은 제2장의 일부만 발췌되었고, 구준의 안설이 실렸다. ‘左傳襄公十七年宋皇國父’의 본문과 주석은 모두 삭제되었다. 초 영왕의 장화대에서는 오거(伍擧) 부분만 발췌되었다. 제선왕과 맹자 사이의 문왕의 동산에 관한 문답은 본문과 구준의 안설만 실렸다. ‘易坤爲大輿’는 「주역」의 본문과 오징의 주석이 실렸다. 고공기에 나오는 수레[軫]는 본문과 정현의 주석만 실렸고, 옥로(玉輅)와 관련해서는 본문만 실렸다. 권17첨 20항목은 역상지법 상 5건, 역상지법 하 3건, 도적지저 6건, 권량지근 5건, 보옥지기 1건이다. 천문과 관련하여 희화(羲和)는 본문, 주희의 주석, 구준의 안설이 모두 실렸다. 선기옥형(璿璣玉衡)은 본문이 그대로 실렸고, 주희의 주석 및 구준의 안설은 발췌되었다. 풍상씨(馮相氏)와 보장씨(保章氏)는 본문과 오징의 주석만 실렸다. ‘左傳文公元年’은 본문과 두예, 공영달의 주석과 및 구준의 안설은 모두 삭제되었다. 역법과 관련하여 사마천의 역서에 대한 논평은 ‘史記 太史公曰 神農以前尚矣… 乃改元 更官號’의 내용만 실렸다. 채옹천문지(蔡邕天文志)에 언급된 천체에 대해서는 본문과 왕번의 주석 및 구준의 안설이 실렸다. 당지(唐志)에 언급된 역법은 본문과 주자의 주석이 발췌되었다. 지도제작과 관련하여 ‘周禮大司徒之職’에서는 본문과 구준의 안설 중 「대명일통지」 편찬 내력만 발췌되었다. 공안국이 설명한 공자의 「춘추」 부분은 ‘史記 孔子之時’로 시작하는 본문과 구준의 안설만 실렸다. 「한서」 예문지의 서문은 발췌되었고, 구준의 안설인 ‘此後漢書籍之始末’의 전문이 수록되었다. ‘唐分書爲四類’와 ‘宋初有書萬餘卷’은 본문만 발췌되었고, 구준의 ‘宋朝以文爲治’ 안설이 실렸다. 도량형에 관련하여 순전에 실린 주나라의 도량형은 본문이 실렸고, 구준의 안설은 발췌되었다. 「주례」의 전서(典瑞)와 벽선(璧羨)은 본문이 실렸고, 채원정의 주석과 구준의 안설은 발췌되었다. 율씨의 가량(嘉量)은 왕소우의 주석만 발췌되었다. 왕제(王制)에 나오는 주척(周尺)은 본문은 실렸고, 구준의 안설은 발췌되었다. ‘程子曰爲政’의 본문 중 ‘程頤曰’이 ‘程子曰’로 바뀌어 실렸고, 구준의 안설은 발췌되었다. ‘典瑞掌玉瑞’는 본문만 발췌되었고, ‘玉人之事’에 붙인 구준의 안설이 발췌되어 실렸다. 권18첨 1항목은 우전지치 1건이다. ‘遺人掌郊野之委積’는 본문과 구준의 안설이 실렸다. 둘째, 신형헌 14권(권100〜권113)의 교감은 「유의평례」 2 권19첨 9항목이다. 총론제형지의 하 1건, 정율령지례 상 2건, 정율령지례 하 1건, 상청단지법 1건, 존흠휼지심 2건, 계남종지실 2건 등이다. ‘輕重諸罰有權’은 본문이 실렸고, 채침의 주석은 발췌되었다. ‘周禮正月之吉’은 본문, 정현, 왕소우의 주석 및 구준의 안설은 모두 삭제되었다. ‘十三年除肉刑’은 본문이 발췌되었고, 마단림의 주석과 구준의 안설이 실렸다. ‘唐之刑書 其用刑有五’의 본문의 경우 ‘唐之刑書’와 ‘其用刑有五’ 사이에 ‘有四曰律令格式…十二曰斷獄’의 부분이 보충되었고, 구준의 안설이 발췌되었다. ‘小司寇以五聲’은 본문, 정현, 왕안석의 주석 및 구준의 안설이 실렸고, 바로 다음에 ‘士師之職 凡以財獄訟者 正之以傅別於約劑’의 본문 및 주희의 주석이 실렸고 끝에 소주로 ‘以上聽獄訟’이 기재되었다. ‘唐太宗嘗覽明堂針灸圖’의 경우 본문과 구준의 안설이 빠져 있어 정조의 의견이 반영되지 않은 것으로 보인다. ‘太宗時有失入者’의 본문 중 ‘太宗時 有失入者不加罪’와 ‘此在主上 不在群臣’만 생략되고 나머지는 모두 실렸고, 다음에 있는 본문 중 ‘憲宗時 李吉甫李絳爲相…帝以爲然’의 부분이 발췌되어 연결되었다. ‘武帝卽位之後’의 본문의 경우 ‘武帝即位之後…而廢格沮誹窮治之獄用’ 부분만 발췌되었고, 다음에 있는 본문 중 ‘武帝以法制御下…以文辭避法焉’ 부분만 발췌되어 연결되었고, 구준의 안설 중 ‘呂刑云 民之亂罔不中…而群聚競起以犯罪’ 부분만 발췌되었다. ‘以上戒濫縱之失’은 몇 가지 사례가 선별되어 실렸다.

This study analyzes how the decision process was made on the correction items of ‘Bigyuje’ and ‘Sinhyeongheon’ in the Daehagyeonuibo that appeared in Yuuipyeongrye using literature and actual research. Regarding the items, the details and results of the correction were synthesized by comparing them with the records of the Daehagyeonuibo and the Eojeongdaehagyuui. The contents and results of the correction are as follows: The correction items of ‘Bigyuje’ vol. 15 (vol. 85-vol. 99) is Yuuipyeongrye, vol. 2, 16 cheom 9 items, 17 cheom 20 items, and 18 cheom 1 items. For 16 cheom 9 items, there are 1 case of Doeubjigeon sang and 1 case of Gunggwoljili, 4 cases of Yuyujiseol, and 3 cases of Yeowijiui. About the capital city and the palace, Gu, Jun’s note was excerpted. Only a part of Chapter 2 of Yeongdaepyeon (靈臺篇) of Sigyeong was excerpted, and Gu, Jun’s commentary was included. The texts and commentaries of ‘左傳襄公十七年宋皇國父’ were deleted. Only a part of the Ogeo (伍擧) was excerpted from the Changhwadae of King Ying of the Chu Dynasty. The Q&A about King Wen’s garden between King Seon of Qi and Mencius contained the text and an commentary by Gu, Jun. The text of Juyeog and O, Jing’s commentary of ‘易坤爲大輿’ were included. For the carriage [軫] in Gogonggi, only the text and notes of Jeong, Hyeon were included, and only the text was included in relation to Oglo (玉輅). For 17 cheom 20 items, there are 5 cases of Yeogsangjibeob sang, 3 cases of Yeogsangjibeob ha, 6 cases of Dojeogjijeo, 5 cases of Gwonlyangjigeun, and 1 case of Boogjigi. In relation to Astronomy, Hui Hwa (羲和) contained the main text, and Zhu, Hui’s commentary, and Gu, Jun’s note. The text of Seongiokhyung (璿璣玉衡) was included and Zhu, Hui’s commentary and Gu Jun’s note were excerpted. Poongsangssi (馮相氏) and Bojangssi (保章氏) were included the text and O, Jing’s commentary. The texts and commentaries of ‘左傳文公元年’ were deleted. Regarding the calendar, Sa, Ma-cheon’s the commentary on the astronomical book was included only the contents of ‘史記 太史公曰 神農以前尚矣…乃改元更官號’. Regarding the celestial bodies mentioned in Chae, Ong’s astronomical records, the text, Wang, Beon’s commentary, and Gu, Jun’s note were included. The text and Zhu, Hui’s commentary of the astronomical book mentioned in the Dangji (唐志) were extracted. Regarding map production, In the ‘周禮大司徒之職’, the main text and only the history of compilation of Daemyeongiltongji of Gu, Jun’s note were extracted. In the part of Chunchu of Confucius explained by Gong, An-gug, only the main text starting with ‘史記 孔子之時’ and Gu, Jun’s note were included. The preface of Hanseo Yemunji was excerpted, and the full text of ‘此後漢書籍之始末’ of Gu, Jun’s note was included. Only the main text of ‘唐分書爲四類’ and ‘宋初有書萬餘卷’ was extracted and Gu, Jun’s note of ‘宋朝以文爲治’ was included. Regarding weights and measures, the text of the weights and measures of the Zhou Dynasty mentioned in Sunjeon, was included and Gu, Jun’s note was extracted. The text of Zhouye’s Jeonseo (典瑞) and Byeokseon (璧羨) was included and Chae, Won-jeong’s commentary and Gu, Jun’s note were are excerpted. Wang, So-u’s commentary of Yulssi’s galyang was extracted. The main text of Jucheok (周尺) in Wangje was included, and Gu, Jun’s note was excerpted. In the text of ‘程子曰爲政’, ‘程頤曰’ was changed to ‘程子曰’, and Gu, Jun’s note was extracted. Only the main text of ‘典瑞掌玉瑞’ was extracted, and Gu, Jun’s note attached to ‘玉人之事’ was extracted. For 18 cheom 1 items, there is 1 case of Ujeonjichi. The main text and Gu, Jun’s note of ‘遺人掌郊野之委積’ were included. The correction items of ‘Sinhyeongheon’ vol.14 (vol.100-vol.113) is Yuuipyeongrye, vol. 2, 19 cheom 9 items. there are 1 case of Chonglonjehyeongjiui ha and 2 cases of Jeongyullyeongjilye sang, 1 case of Jeongyullyeongjilye ha, 1 case of Sangcheongdanjibeob, 2 cases of Jonheumhyuljisim, and 2 cases of Gyenamjongjisil. The text of ‘輕重諸罰有權’ is included, and Chae, Chim’s commentary is excerpted. The texts and commentaries of ‘周禮正月之吉’ were deleted. The main text of ‘十三年除肉刑’ was excerpted, and Ma, dan-rim’s commentary and Gu, Jun’s note were included. In the text of ‘唐之刑書 其用刑有五’, The part of ‘有四曰律令格式…十二曰斷獄’ was supplemented between ‘唐之刑書’ and ‘其用刑有五’, and Gu, Jun’s note was extracted. The main text and commentary of ‘小司寇以五聲’ were all included, followed immediately by the main text of ‘士師之職 凡以財獄訟者 正之以傅別於約劑’ and Zhu, Hui’s commentary. At the end of this ‘以上聽獄訟’ was written as soju(小註). It seems that the opinion of King Jeongjo was not reflected in the ‘唐太宗嘗覽明堂針灸圖’ because the main text and Gu, Jun’s note were missing. In the texts of ‘太宗時有失入者’, only ‘太宗時有失入者不加罪’ and ‘此在主上不在群臣’ were omitted, and all the rest were included and among the following texts, The part of ‘憲宗時 李吉甫李絳爲相…帝以爲然’ was extracted and connected. In the case of the main text of ‘武帝卽位之後’, only ‘武帝即位之後…而廢格沮誹窮治之獄用’ were extracted and included, among the following texts, ‘武帝以法制御下…以文辭避法焉’ was extracted and connected, in the case of Gu, Jun’s note, only ‘呂刑云 民之亂罔不中…而群聚競起以犯罪’ was excerpted and connected. In ‘以上戒濫縱之失’, several cases were selected and included.
