Thermostability and pH effects on the survival of BKS cells for catalase production

Thermostability and pH effects of BKS cells source in out laboratory were studied for catalase production. Their viability and pH 2-13 was investigated in the range of 4 - 60 ℃ and pH 2-13. After 30 days some microorganisms have survived at extream conditions of over 50 ℃ and pH
12. This indicated that the BKS cells can be used to produce catalase over 30 days.
