Biodiesel, one of the alternative fuels, is produced from the transesterification of vegetable or animal oil with alcohol. In this study, transesterification of soybean oil was investigated in supercritical condition using commercial enzyme (Candida antartica lipase B) and mixed enzyme system of Candida rugosa and Rhizopus oryzae lipase. The reaction factors, such as pressure, temperature, enzyme concentration, were considered to increase biodiesel production in commercial enzyme system. In mixed enzyme system, reaction factors were considered with enzyme concentration and ratio of C. rugosa and R. oryzae lipases. Optimal conditions were as follows: pressure 130 bar, temperature 50 ℃, enzyme concentration 20% and ratio of C. rugosa and R. oryzae lipases 1:1. Conversion yield of C. antartica lipase was 52.3 % at 6 h. In mixed enzyme system in supercritical fluid condition, biodiesel conversion yield was significantly increased to 99.8 % at 4 h.
