Analysis of bamboo extracts for pesticidal effect

초록

영어

This study was carried out to investigated to component of bamboo extracts of P hyllostachysnigra var. henonis species(P hyllostachys bambuoides S. et Z, P hyllostachys nigra var. henoni Stapf, Phyllostachys pubescens M azel, Sasa borealis Nakai ) of bamboo for antimicrobial and pesticidal effects. The bamboo extracts prepared from crushed dried bamboo in hot water, EtOH and MeOH solution at 80℃ for 4hour. The free amino acid, polyphenol and flavonoid were analyzed by HPLC, GC/MS and wet chemical methods. The antimicrobial effects
perform by disk diffusion test, and the pestiside effect perform by a leaf disk test on Rhizoctonia solani, P yricularia grisea, Fusarium oxysporum, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Botrytis cinerea and Tetranychus urticae. The bamboo extracts were included the antioxidant (methionine, epigallocatechin, caffeic acid), antibiotic (hesperetin, naringenin, coumaric acid, naringin, propionic acid), pesticidal (rotenone, furfural, phthalic acid. The pesticidal effects for
Tetranychus urticae was 45% with EtOH extract. But, the insecticidal effects of bamboo extract mixed herb extracts(2.5% Rosemary, 2.5% Thyme) increased up to 90%.
