Preparation of Molecularly Imprinted Microbeads by a Shaking Method and Their application for the Resolution of Racemic Mixture

초록

영어

Molecularly imprinted polymer technology is an emerging tool for separation and purification of the structurally similar compounds. The molecularly imprinted polymer beads seem to be useful in HPLC, column chromatography, size exclusion chromatography, thin layer chromatography and in the field of biochemical sensors etc.
In this study, a shaking method of suspension polymerization in a baffled flask was tried for the production of MIP microbeads for the first time hoping high yield and selectivity due to radical safety. This shaking polymerization method using a baffle flask without any impeller seems to be attractive because it requires less labor, simple design. The beads of round shape and porous surface with a size distribution of 1-12
