Organophosphate Pesticides Biosensor based on CNT-OPH and PAMP-CNT-OPH

The carbon nanotube(CNT)-OPH biosensor was prepared onto the CNT plate and the magnetically separable polyaniline nanofiber(PAMP)-CNT-OPH sensor was prepared
onto PAMP coated CNT plate. The OPH was immobilized by glutaraldehyde(GA)
cross-linker methods. The detection of pesticides in buffer solution was implemented on
the CNT and CNT-PAMP-sensor using CV method. The giving voltage range was
from-1.2V to 0.5V. This system can detect from 1 to 500uM for paraoxon and can
simply detect the concentration of organophosphate pesticides(OPs) from vegetables.
