Development of Continuous Enzymatic Kinetic Resolution and Separation Using Ionic Liquids/Supercritical CO2

초록

영어

The lipase-catalyzed kinetic resolution of chiral alcohol and an efficient extractive separation in ionic liquids/supercritical CO2 system was investigated. The enhanced selectivities were observed and the best operating condition for the enantioselective extraction of product into CO2 phase in [Edmim][Tf2N] was found at 40°C and 120bar. Under that condition, high enantiomeric excess and conversion were also obtained. Our results show a "green" continuous process
using ILs/supercritical CO2 for the resolution of chiral alcohol without using organic solvents.
