The experimental research was carried out to investigate the growth of Oyster mushroom (Pleurotusostreatus) at different O2 condition. Batch of Experiment are oxygen enriched by aflow 30% oxygen that madefrom a Oxygen generator device.
Oxygen flow was kept continuously 40 hours at growing phase of Oyste rmushroom(Pleurotusostreatus). The experiment showed that for batch of experiment yielded about 10 percent more mushroom than batch of control with out supplying oxygen. The Respiration Quotient(RQ) of Oyster mushroom(Pleurotusostreatus) decreased following time. The breakpoint of Respiration Quotientis 10 hour after experiment, from the 14th hours Respiration Quotient have a litter bit changes and remain under 0.05.
