Apartment is good type of housing by which limited land could be used in its maximum and mass supply of residential housing could be possible. but in terms of quality, it couldn't give satisfaction level of quantity and this is the reality of local government. Reconstruction of apartment houses supplemented limits of developing available housing sites, which occurred in the course of the cityward drifting of population and has been contributed toward solving the problem of housing shortage on consider of efficiency in using land. Until recently however, apartment remodeling, which the government pushing as an alternative to the reckless reconstruction industry, has not gained the same ground as in housing. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the current reconstructed housing projects, and questionnaire of expert,
residents are made up and, then are analyzed. As a process of analyzing, some hypothesis are established and proved logically with statistical technic.
