The goal of this study is, firstly, investigation of the total housing stock in Daegu, and analysis of the characteristics of that. And the second goal is, in the dwelling site of the future, the proposal of the management program of the development density. Because of these goals, I used The Housing Yearbook, Daegu and the census data of the Korea National Statistical Office. And I found the characteristics of the data. And the continuous stage is the proposal of the
management program of the development density on the developing dwelling site.
