A survey on a catholic church was undertaken based on the human behavioral investigation. Several methods of collecting behavioral data were accomplished including Reference research, interviews, observation, questionnaire. Also, specific data analyses were carried out using several charts considering area, role, activity and user and administrator's point of view. Relationship chart of activity and adjacency was made to configure out the space correlation. Simultaneous use chart was also made by observers and used to remodeling of the spaces of the church. As a result, a new design was suggested which satisfy users with more contentment as well as administrators. This kind of research methods could be a model of current remodeling of building based on the human behaviour.
