It is the purpose of Build-Transfer-Lease(BTL) to apply the creativity and efficiency of private investment to public construction project. The early cultural facilities projects of BTL are expected to be operated in 2009. In this point of view this study is limited to cultural facility in BTL, we are expected to analyze the tendency of evaluation factor in cultural facility. This to study would be a guideline study of advanced research for the suggestion of request for proprsal
and the composition of evaluation criteria in BTL project.
