日本における雇用形態の多樣化と 働く女性のキャリア形成

This paper is going to clarify the characteristics and changes on the recent women
employment in Japanese companies and discuss its background and the causes of
such changes.
It is also going to analyze the influence of diversification and liquidity of the
employment system which are argued as the most important factors to characterize
the future women employment.
Revitalization of the Japanese women labor is due to reform of labor law and
recognition of women labor as an important social labor.
A new paradigm of work balanced life in the proper sense is indispensable to
Japanese society.
As a result, Japanese society and business are required to develop supporting
system that enables to balance work, housework and childcare in order to enhance
women labor.
