The relationship between supply chain alliance partnerships and logistics competence has received considerable attention in the academic and business area, yet there are many unanswered questions regarding the logistics performance. A number of fundamental issues drive this research initiative, including how logistics performance is affected by the logistics competence and the supply chain alliance partnerships. The analysis employs both qualitative and quantitative data collected through an electronic network of 54 Inno_biz companies in Korea. From the perspective of the buying company in the alliance, logistics IT (H1-1) and logistics network (H1-2) were found to have a significant relationship with logistics performance. Also, it was discovered that trust (H2-1), commitment (H2-2) and the interaction effect (H3) between the logistics capacity and the supply chain alliance partnerships also had a significant relationship to logistics performance. However, the interdependence (H2-3) dynamic were found to be poor predictors of logistics performance. The implications of these results for managerial decision making in supplier alliance partnerships and logistics capacity are discussed.

본 연구는 기술혁신형 중소기업의 물류역량과 협력업체 파트너십이 물류성과에 주는 영향을 분석하여 물류성과를 극대화 방안을 규명하기 위한 논문이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 개념적 연구모형을 제안하여 가설을 설정하였으며 이 가설들을 통계적 회귀분석 방법으로 검증하였다. 혁신형 중소기업으로부터 수집한 54개 설문지를 분석 결과를 보면, 첫째, 물류역량에 관하여 물류네트워크와 물류정보기술 둘 다 물류성과에 유의적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 파트너십의 세 평가 요인 중에서 상호의존성을 제외한 신뢰 및 몰입은 통계적으로 유의하였다. 셋째, 물류역량과 파트너십의 상호작용은 물류 성과에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 요컨대 물류 성과를 극대화하기 위해서는 물류역량을 활용할 때에 파트너십과의 관계 설정이 매우 중요하며, 적절한 관계는 물류성과에 상승효과를 가져다준다. 물류역량과 협력업체의 적절한 파트너십을 통한 물류성과를 극대화하기 위한 노력이 매우 중요하다는 것을 보여준다. 물류역량과 파트너십에 대해서는 혁신형 중소기업의 경우도 기존연구와 거의 대동소이한 결론을 얻을 수 있지만, 상호의존성에 대해서는 차이를 보이고 있다.
