The main objective df this study is to investigate factors of political, economic, social populational․statistical variables influencing on criminal law crime and special law crime As a result that model hypotheses were tested based on a T value(absolute value of more than 1.96) at significance level of 0.05, it was clarified that the hypotheses GDP formed in this study was significant, and the of relation was corresponded with the hypotheses. This study is very significant in that the researcher proposed an empirical model of the factors of political, economic, social populational․statistical variables influencing on criminal law crime and special law crime, which have not been greatly studied in theoretical empirical aspects till now, and in that the researcher also proposed an improvement plan through analyses of criminal law crime and special law crime.

본 연구에서는 형법범죄와 특별법범죄의 원인변수가 다를 것이라는 추정을 하고 이론적 배경을 통해 근거변수를 추출하고 경험적 분석을 통해 위와 같은 논의를 검증해 본다. 형법범죄와 특별법범죄에 영향을 미치는 것으로 추정되는 정치, 경제, 사회, 인구통계적 요인을 이론과 선행연구를 통해 검토한다. 가설의 검증은 우선, 회귀계수의 부호의 방향으로 검증한다. 둘째로, 유의수준을 가지고 판단한다. 연구결과, 형법범죄의 경우는0.05의 유의수준에서 유의미한 변수가 발견되지 못했다. 특별법범죄의 경우는 경제활동인구가 0.1의 유의수준에서 유의미한 변수로 채택됐다. 경제적, 사회적 변수는 형법범죄와 특별법범죄에 동일한 성격으로 작용하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 정치적, 인구통계적 변수는 형법범죄와 특별법범죄의 경우에 상이한 성격으로 작용함을 알 수 있다.
